Thurlow's story
Restoring families
Drugs and gang culture ravaged Thurlow’s relationships with his family. He followed in his parents’ footsteps, who were both involved in gangs. He even felt torn between different family members as they were split into opposing gangs.
With support from our partner, Thurlow was able to break free from his drug addiction. It was also an opportunity to rebuild his relationships. Through forgiveness and God’s hand, Thurlow’s family were able to meet together peacefully. It was the first time Thurlow felt love, acceptance and support from his family.
