Equip A Generation
In Malawi, unemployment is high, and schools and families often struggle to equip young people with the soft or entrepreneurial skills needed for work. Our partner, Equip A Generation, combines leadership and skills training with hands-on experience through apprenticeships, training young women according to their interests and equipping them to find employment or start their own enterprises.
