Many young people in Doba leave the land to seek work in towns, as their family farms are struggling to provide for them. Our partner, Konédjé, trains young people in regenerative farming practices that turn infertile land into successful food production and income for families. Through a 4-month internship, participants gain hands-on experience and develop plans to start their own family farms.
