Trishna and Benuka's story
The week's essentials
Teenagers, Trishna and Benuka came to Grace Home, our children’s home in Kathmandu, 10 years ago from Mugu, a remote and undeveloped district of Nepal.
Grace Home supplements the children’s diet with vegetables grown in their garden. Like many children throughout the world, their daily lives have changed dramatically during the pandemic and they are still learning online.
At Project Possible we journey with over 140 children through our six children’s homes in Nepal, India and Bangladesh. Many of these children arrive with poor health and malnutrition so providing a good balanced diet is a top priority at the homes.
As we journey with these children into adulthood we want to provide them with a safe, caring and loving home and access to good quality education.
£7 provides a weekly shop for a children’s home in Nepal, India or Bangladesh, giving children the essentials they need to grow and learn
