As someone’s potential is unlocked through our Next Generation Projects, they become empowered to form ideas to provide for themselves. Our Spark Projects offer short-term investments, enabling individuals to turn their ideas into reality and build sustainable livelihoods.
How Spark Projects work
Every person is unique, and so is their Spark Project. That’s why participants take the lead in shaping and planning their own solution, drawing on their skills, passions and gifts to build a better future.
1
Their Spark
An individual has a vision to improve their life, whether starting a small business, pursuing further education, or entering an apprenticeship. They create a plan to make it happen.
2
Support to grow
Together, with our partners, we back them with capital investment and tailored training. Over 18 months, we journey with them, offering guidance, encouragement, and resources.
3
Thriving beyond the project
By the end, individuals are equipped with confidence, resilience, and sustainable income. With their plan firmly established, they can continue building their livelihoods independently.
